Most CrashPlan for Small Business administrators prepare to install the Code42 app using one of these methods: Download the Code42 app installer once, then copy the installer to multiple devices. Go to App Downloads. Click the appropriate Download icon for your device's operating system. Click Uninstall. A popup will confirm CrashPlan has been removed. Double click on the install icon.

Click Continue. Click Install. Your Apple computer may ask you to enter your password. Once installed, a confirmation will popup. Click Close. A new window will open. Enter your MIT email address and your Kerberos password if required.

You may also be asked to authenticate with MIT Touchstone. The first time you sign in to Code42 on a device it detects whether there are other devices on your account. If there are other devices on your account, it will prompt you.
